Exhibition of Aleksandra Ilić Bjelica at the “Nikola Radošević” Gallery in Belgrade
The Nikola Radošević Gallery in Belgrade proudly hosts a solo exhibition of the renowned artist Aleksandra Ilić Bjelica, titled “From Orange to Persian Blue.” The exhibition will be displayed from May 23 to Jun 7, 2024.
Following her successful exhibitions in New York, Illinois, and Michigan, Aleksandra Ilić Bjelica is presenting her work to the Belgrade audience for the first time at the Nikola Radošević Gallery.
This exhibition features 16 large-format abstract paintings from her collection “Surrender to the Flow,” through which the artist shares her emotions, reflections, and personal journey.
Aleksandra Ilić Bjelica, also known as “Bela,” is an accomplished artist who has studied organization, psychology, communication, and art history. Despite spending nearly two decades in the corporate world across three continents, she has successfully transitioned into the art world, showcasing her work in prestigious galleries in the United States.
Her exhibitions have brought together individuals from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds, particularly those who emigrated to the United States from around the globe. Today, her paintings are found in homes across America, Canada, Europe, and Asia, symbolizing friendship and connection—a success she considers her greatest life achievement.
“Art transcends borders and professions, forging connections and evoking shared emotions,” says Aleksandra Ilić Bjelica, reflecting her philosophy that inspires her art and her life.
